We invest in practical improvements that make our buildings more efficient, from LED lighting and energy upgrades to on-site solar and EV charging. Better for the building, and better for the businesses operating in it.
As Nordic cities work to reduce traffic and emissions, the way goods move through them is changing too. Being closer to the city can help businesses adapt, reducing the distance goods need to travel and making lower-emission delivery easier.
We want our progress to be something we can show, not simply talk about. Our environmental performance is measured and reported, so we can see where we’re improving and where there’s more work to do.
